Meanwhile, they adopt a 360° fully shielded structure with anti-interference capability reaching 60dB@100MHz, effectively suppressing high-frequency radiation and ensuring stable transmission of power and control signals, in compliance with national and industry standards such as GB/T18487.1-2015.For outdoor charging scenarios, Haiwei's fast-charging connectors feature a liquid-cooled design supporting high-power transmission of 1000V/600A, with gold-plated contact elements, a plugging life exceeding 10,000 cycles, and protection ratings of IP67/IP69K, capable of withstanding high-pressure water jet washing and harsh weather erosion, compatible with ultra-fast charging piles, AC slow charging, and other charging facilities. In energy storage and battery swapping scenarios, its plug-in connectors support automatic alignment and blind mating, offering excellent vibration resistance to meet the needs of parallel battery cluster connections and rapid battery swapping at swap stations, driving the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.Relying on the company's strict production control and testing standards, this product series has passed multiple reliability tests and is widely applied in various new energy passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage projects, demonstrating Haiwei's technical strength in the field of new energy connectors.
